Human Capital and Values

It is kind of funny -- it must have been five years since I have talked much about Human Capital. Here is an article from ZDNet that is raising some questions --

I am not sure that I totally agree with the premise but I like the fact that this issue is rasied again. It is also important that the nature of human capital is not always just for those that are in an organization.
